When you think that the day is almost over, you are mistaken: a highlight awaits our guests with the evening menu, you are spoilt for choice between 3 variations, and 4 of the finest courses are served..
The amazing evening salad buffet, colourful and with a choice that isn't to be taken for granted. Here our motto is also the more local the product the fresher it is, freshly delivered daily! Our kitchen team are constantly surprising us with new ideas: Starter buffets, dessert buffets or freindly fondue evenings round off the culinary offerings.
What's a goood meal without the accompanying drink? Our sommelier Angelika has the perfect recommendation for every meal. In the wine cellar she has the last word! Naturally after your meal your bottle of wiine can be cooled and enjoyed the following day. For beer lovers there is a super choice of speciality beers brewed in the Egg brewery, just a short distance away.

What to do, when what you would like is not available?
You make it yourself! That is the short story behind Christian's sportsman's muesli! Seriously though, as an athlete and host Christian pays close attention to a balanced diet, and as we know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. While looking for the perfect muesli Christian always encountered the same problems, "too much sugar", "raisins", "added preservatives",...There was only one solution: create a homemade muesli mix, and it is so good, that many guests ask where it is possible to get hold of the muesli! Therefore a suitable packaging was designed and the recipe perfected and produced in large amounts, and now it is possible to take the sportsman's muesli home with you..

Difficult times encourage new ideas!
Established during the forced Corona break, was the idea that our freshly prepared lunchtime menu became available as take away. Local craftsmen, and staff of local business and many local families welcomed the new service, and therefore brought variation into their cuisine. Even as the restaurant doors were allowed to open again the enquiiries kept coming, so that the hotel Sonne Bezau has carried on the service and from Monday to Friday a 3 course lunch menu can be taken away.
