Diversity, sustainability, retaining partnerships
We live in a region that has so much to offer, not just the scenery! We build houses from wood from the Bregenzer forest, we have craftsmen known well beyond our borders and our farmers produce food of the highest standard.
If one of our guests children would like to know where the milk comes from, that is daily available on our breakfast buffet, we run to our neighbour "Gottfried", and look in the barn, there are the 4 legged suppliers. That is regional and that is what we value. Yogurt and cottage cheese are supplied by "s'Annele von Fegg" directly into our hotel kitchen. Meat is bought from farmers in the Bregenzerwald, just as our eggs, butter and cheese are supplied by the many small dairies in the Bregenzerwald.
